Repairing the RepairCoffee Clips for Astro A50 Gen. 4 or Mod Kit Headsets

Step 1: Safety

Make sure your Astro A50 Gen. 4 or Mod Kit headset is turned off and disconnected from any power source or device to avoid any damage.

Step 2: Remove the Top Headband from the Astro Headset

Gently remove the top headband from the headset. Unclip the top part of the headband according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Otherwise, refer to your headset’s manual to learn how to access the headband.

Step 3: Position the Two Support Clips

Take the two support clips. Position them so they can be fixed on the joints between the headband and the top cushions, ensuring better stability and increased comfort.

Step 4: Install the First RepairCoffee Clip

Align the first clip with the edge of the headband near the joint. Press firmly until the clip snaps into place. Make sure it is securely attached and does not move.

Step 5: Repeat the Process with the Second Clip

Step 6: Reinstall the Top Headband on the Headset
